  • Albert Contardi, LL.B

    Chairman of the Board

    Mr. Contardi is a consultant/adviser with over 15 years of legal, investment and capital markets experience. He is currently President of Generic Capital Corporation, a Toronto based EMD finance firm as well as Interim President and CEO of QcX Gold, a Quebec based junior exploration company. Mr. Contardi’s  experience involves advising and structuring corporate finance transactions in the mining, tech and bio tech sectors to maximize the value of projects/assets. He has been called to the Ontario Bar and is a graduate of Queen’s University Law School.

  • Luc Gervais, Eng.

    Director

    Mr. Gervais has 35 years of engineering, construction and maintenance experience in the mining and metallurgical sectors. He has held several management positions for metallurgical producers as well as for contractors and consulting engineering firms. He has directed numerous studies for mining companies and worked on various projects in Canada such as the Perseverance mine, extension of Mont-Wright in Fermont, extension of potash factories in Colonsay and Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, as well as setting up the Port Daniel Cement Plant. Abroad, he worked on the design of the incineration gas treatment of electronic components at Micro Metallics, in California, design and installation of a Noranda Reactor at the Daye Corp. foundry, in the Hubei province, China, commissioning and setting-up a lithium pilot plant in Centenario-Ratones in north-west Argentina. Mr. Gervais has a strong business experience, he is a graduate mining engineer from Laval University and a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ).

  • Jonathan Gagné, Eng. MBA.

    Director

    Mr. Gagné has a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and an MBA with a specialization in Corporate Finance from Université du Québec à Montréal. Mr. Gagné has more than 13 years of experience in the mining sector in terms of project development, operation and management. Mr. Gagné began his career being involved in the construction and commissioning of the Meadowbank gold project located in Nunavut. He was head of the mining engineering department for SGS Geostat and was the responsible engineer to support the open-pit operations for Glencore Zinc globally. Most recently, he was General Manager of Sayona Quebec and currently works for Greenstone Gold Mines, which aims to develop the Hardrock Gold Project located in Ontario. He is also a director of Vision Lithium Inc and Infinite Ore Corp.

  • Natasha Dixon

    Director

    Ms. Dixon is a cofounder of MINK Ventures Corporation and led the company since its inception in March 2021. She has diverse work experience in capital markets; facilitating the listing and financing of public and private corporations; and has developed an extensive network of business and financial contacts throughout her career. Ms. Dixon helped launch and worked in various capacities for the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). Following that, she worked with several resource companies and was instrumental in raising capital and expanding the investor audience for these various corporations. Ms. Dixon was Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Golden Harp Resources Inc. responsible for its initial public offering, and eventually became President & Chief Executive Officer of the corporation. From June 2016 through December 2018, Ms. Dixon was Chairman of the Board of 5SD Capital, a private company which built a successful mineral exploration project portfolio. In December 2018, 5SD Capital was acquired by Pelangio Exploration Inc. From August 2020 to January 2023, Ms. Dixon held the position of Director, External Relations for Pelangio Exploration. In addition, she concurrently provided corporate advisory services for several private and public companies in the fintech, consumer goods and natural resource sectors. She holds a B.A. with High Honours in Environmental Studies from Carleton University.  

  • Robert T. Boyd

    Director

    Mr. Boyd is a widely respected exploration geologist and senior mining executive with over 40 years experience in exploration, executive-level management, corporate finance and corporate governance. He currently serves as President CEO and Director of Endurance Gold Corporation with a significant new gold discovery in BC. He also currently serves as a Director of Peru-focused Condor Resources Inc and a Director of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame. He formerly served as Lead Independent Director for Peregrine Diamonds Limited which was acquired by De Beers in 2018, as President, CEO and Director of Athabasca Potash Corporation, a Saskatchewan potash exploration company acquired by BHP in 2010, and was the President, CEO and Director of Ashton Mining of Canada Inc., a leading and successful diamond exploration company acquired by Stornoway Diamonds in 2006 for the Renard Diamond Mine in Quebec. Prior to Ashton, Mr. Boyd was a founding principal and major shareholder of a financial and strategic advisory firm to the mining and mineral exploration industry and was also formerly Vice President Exploration for Homestake Canada Limited. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C., the Society of Economic Geologists, and a Fellow of the Gemmological Associations of Great Britain and Canada. 

  • Jean-David Moore

    Director

    Jean-David Moore has been a consultant and an adviser to several mineral exploration and development companies for more than fifteen years. He has developed a strong relationship network in the mineral exploration sector and holds large holdings in several mineral exploration companies, including Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. Mr. Moore earned an undergraduate degree in Forestry Engineering, holds a master's degree also from Laval University, in Québec. He is a member of the Order of Forest Engineers of the Province of Québec (OIFQ). As a forestry scientist, he has published more than 70 scientific publications in international journals.
