Forward-Looking Information
Certain statements and information contained on the Vanstar Site, including any information as to the Company’s future financial or operating performance, may be deemed “forward looking”. All statements on the Vanstar Site, other than statements of historical fact, which address events or developments that the Company expects to occur, are “forward-looking statements” or “forward-looking information”. Generally, these forward-looking statements can be identified by the use of forward-looking terminology, including but not limited to, the words “may”, “will”, “should”, “expect”, “intend”, “estimate”, “anticipate”, “believe”, “continue”, “plan” or similar terminology.
All such forward-looking information are subject to important risk factors and uncertainties, many of which are beyond the Company’s ability to control or predict. Forward-looking statements are necessarily based on estimates and assumptions that are inherently subject to known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other factors that may cause the Company’s actual results, level of activity, performance or achievements to be materially different from those expressed or implied by such forward-looking statements.
Such factors, among other things, include: impacts arising from the global disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic; business integration risks; fluctuations in general macroeconomic conditions; fluctuations in securities markets; fluctuations in spot and forward prices of gold or certain other commodities; change in national and local government, legislation, taxation, controls, regulations and political or economic developments; risks and hazards associated with the business of mineral exploration, development and mining (including environmental hazards, industrial accidents, unusual or unexpected formations pressures, cave-ins and flooding); discrepancies between actual and estimated metallurgical recoveries; inability to obtain adequate insurance to cover risks and hazards; the presence of laws and regulations that may impose restrictions on mining; employee relations; relationships with and claims by local communities and indigenous populations; availability of increasing costs associated with mining inputs and labour; the speculative nature of mineral exploration and development (including the risks of obtaining necessary licenses, permits and approvals from government authorities); and title to properties.
Forward-looking statements are not guarantees of future performance, and actual results and future events could materially differ from those anticipated in such statements. Accordingly, users are advised not to place undue reliance on forward-looking statements or information. All of the forward-looking statements contained on the Vanstar Site are qualified by these cautionary statements. The Company undertakes no obligation to update or revise forward-looking information, whether as a result of new information, events or otherwise, except as required by applicable law.
Scientific and Technical Information
The Vanstar Site contains mineral reserve estimates that have been calculated in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”), as required by Canadian securities regulatory authorities.
Qualified Person
Mr. Gilles Laverdière, P.Geo., Consultant Geologist and Qualified Person as defined by Canadian NI 43-101 standards, has reviewed and approved the geological information reported in this website.
Historical Information
The Qualified Person have not completed sufficient work to verify the historical information on the Property, particularly in regards to the historical drill results. However, the Qualified Persons believe that drilling and analytical results were completed to industry standard practices. The information provides an indication of the exploration potential of the Property but may not be representative of expected results.
Cautionary Note to United States Investors
The Vanstar Site may use the terms “measured resources,” “indicated resources” and “inferred resources” which are recognized and required by Canadian regulations under NI 43-101. The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) has adopted amendments to its disclosure rules to modernize the mineral property disclosure requirements for issuers whose securities are registered with the SEC under the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, effective February 25, 2019 (the “SEC Modernization Rules”). The SEC Modernization Rules replace the historical property disclosure requirements for mining registrants that were included in SEC Industry Guide 7, and adopt definitions of the terms and the categories of resources which are “substantially similar” to the corresponding terms under Canadian regulations in NI 43-101. Vanstar cautions investors not to assume that all or any part of the mineral deposits in these categories will ever be converted into reserves. In addition, “inferred resources” have a great amount of uncertainty as to their existence, and economic and legal feasibility. It cannot be assumed that all or any part of an inferred resource will ever be upgraded to a higher category. Under Canadian rules, estimates of inferred resources may not form the basis of feasibility or pre-feasibility studies, or economic studies except for a Preliminary Economic Assessment as defined under NI 43-101. Investors are cautioned not to assume that all or part of an inferred resource exists, or is economically or legally mineable.

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks your browser to store on your computer or mobile device. The cookie allows the website to "remember" your actions or preferences over time. Most Internet browsers support cookies; however, users can set their browsers to decline certain types of cookies or specific cookies. Further, users can delete cookies at any time.
Why do we use cookies?
We use cookies to learn how you interact with our content and to improve your experience when visiting our website. For example, some cookies remember your language or preferences so that you do not have to repeatedly make these choices when you visit one of our websites. Additionally, cookies allow us to serve you specific content, such as videos on our website. We may employ the learnings of your behavior on our website to serve you with targeted advertisements on third-party website in an effort to renew or sustain your interest.
What types of cookies do we use?
First-Party and Third-Party Cookies
We use both first-party and third-party cookies on our website. First-party cookies are cookies issued from the vanstarmining.com/ domain that are generally used to identify language and location preferences or render basic site functionality. Third-party cookies belong to and are managed by other parties, such as Google Analytics or other service providers. These cookies may be required to allow for some advertising outside of the Vanstar website.
Session Cookies
Session cookies are temporary cookies that are used to remember you during the course of your visit to the website, and they expire when you close the web browser.

Persistent cookies are used to remember your preferences within the website and remain on your desktop or mobile device even after you close your browser or restart your computer. We use these cookies to analyse user behavior to establish visit patterns so that we can improve our website functionality for you and others who visit our website. These cookies also allow us to measure the effectiveness of our site functionality and media campaign.
How are cookies used?
Cookies and ad technology such as web beacons, pixels, and anonymous ad network tags help us serve relevant ads to you more effectively. They also help us collect aggregated audit data, research, and performance reporting for advertisers. Pixels enable us to understand and improve the delivery of ads to you, and know when certain ads have been shown to you. Since your web browser may request advertisements and web beacons directly from ad network servers, these networks can view, edit, or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from their site.
Although we do not use cookies to create a profile of your browsing behavior on third-party sites, we do use aggregate data from third parties to show you relevant, interest-based advertising. We do not provide any personal information that we collect to advertisers. You can opt out of off-site and third-party-informed advertising by adjusting your cookie settings. Opting out will not remove advertising from the pages you visit, but, instead, opting out will result in the ads you see not being matched to your interests. This implies that the ad(s) you see will not be matched to your interests by those specific cookies.
How are third party cookies used?
For some of the functions within our websites we use third party suppliers, for example, when you visit a page with videos embedded from or links to YouTube. These videos or links (and any other content from third party suppliers) may contain third party cookies, and we encourage you to consult the privacy policies of these third party vendors on their websites for information regarding their use of cookies.
